“Muslims are like single body in the matter of love, mercy and compassion. If a limb of it caught with any disease the whole body shows its sympathy towards the limp by keeping awake and undergoing fever"( Muslim: 2886).
The Muslims are those who believe in God and one ideal. Their word of oath is same. And their centre of worship and word of greeting are also same. “The believers are but a single brotherhood." (Holly Qur'an; 49:10) They should remain in mutual love. What a Muslim wisher for himself should be wished for his brother as well. Then only will he become a real believer.(Bukhari, Muslim).

The relationship between love and faith is indivisible and invulnerable. Look at the statements of prophet (PBH): “You will not enter the paradise until you become believers and you will not become believers until you love one another. Let me inform you a thing that it you do it will become in mutual love. Spread the salam (Islamic greeting) among you" (Muslim).

Love is of course one of the most precious treasures. It is from love that mercy and compassion arise. The presence of love creates peace and tranquility not only in minds and fancies but in every field is nothing but the absence of love. It is the very love that children expect from parents and parents hope from children. When love is not present the connection between parents and children is cut and detached. We know that what a wife desires from her husband and a husband from his wife is also love. The strength and weakness of conjugal life will be in accordance with the strength and weakness of love. It is the very love that a brother hopes from his brother, a friend from his friend and a leader from his follower.

How do love and solidarity arise? The genuine love origins only when one leads his life according to the commands and prohibitions of Allah, the almighty by holding Islamic ideal in firm. All sort of hatred and divisions get extinguisher before that love and all kinds of differences and diversities get vanished into thin air. This inexpressible and indescribable love is indeed a great blessing bestowed by Allah, the most merciful through Islamic brotherhood. The holy Qur'an says: and hold fast all together by the rope which Allah (Stretches out for you) and be not divided among yourselves and remember the gratitude Allah's favor on you ; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love so that by His grace ye became brethren"(3:103).

What has been gifted by Allah for Muslims is a kind of love, brotherhood and mutuality which is beyond the reach of any other movement or ideology. The Holy Qur'an says; And (moreover) He hath put affection between their hearts; Not if thou hadst spent all that is in the earth couldst thou have produced that affection , but Allah hath done it for He is exalted in might wise"(8:63).

This bond of love and brotherhood exists among Muslims so long as they are living in accordance with the commands and prohibitions of Allah by holding Islamic ideal in light. Whenever a Muslim deviates from the right and straight path mutual love, affection and intimacy disappear from his family, society and community and then enmity and disunity sprout out. The Holy Qur'an has mentioned the misfortune occurred to the Jew who transgressed the laws of Allah, the almighty. Among them We have placed enmity and hatred till the Day of Judgment. (5:64). Strong is their fighting (spirit) amongst themselves; thon wouldst is think they were united but their also are divided (59:14). The plight of Christians was also not different from it . The Qur'an says; From those too who call themselves Christians we did take a covenant but they forgot a good part of the message that was sent them. So we stirred up enmity and hatred between the one and the other to the Day of Judgment''(5:14).

Human hearts join together when Allah's commands and prohibitions are obeyed. And love and sympathy become alien to human minds when they are disobeyed. To earn Allah's love is the sole way to build mutual love. The only way to acquire Allah's love is true faith and good deeds. The Holy Qur'an says: On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness will the Most Gracious bestow love (19:96). Harimu bin Hayyan, a great Islamic scholar says: Allah will turn towards any person who turns toward Allah with his own accord. Then Allah will grant him the love and compassion of them all. (Thafseer Qurthubi;11:161).

Muslims should remain as brothers . They should be well-aware of the fact that the entire Muslim society is altogether a single body. If a thorn gets nailed down in the small finger of one's leg the pain is experienced by not only the finger but the whole body as well moreover , in case that would happens to get ripen he will have to keep awake due to pain and he may have to face fever for . The mutual Co-operation of Muslims should be like this. Whoever in Muslim community undergoes a trouble all other Muslims ought to feel sympathy over it and strain their every never to free him from the trouble. They should help him with body, wealth, knowledge, influence, advice, recommendation and mediation and prayers etc. as for as they can. Prophet (PBH) says: A Muslim is the brother of another Muslim. He neither does injustice nor forsake his brother. Whoever become in his brother need Allah, in turn will become in his need and whoever solves a Muslim's any worldly grief Allah, in return will solve his great grief in the other world. And whoever creels a Muslim defect Allah will conceal his defect as well in the Day of judgment (Bukhari, Muslim ) Allah says: whosoever intercedes in a good cause will have the reward thereof, and whosoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a share in its burden. And Allah is Ever All –Able to do (and also an All- Witness to) everything (4: 85).

Muslim ought to be very attentive in taking care the orphans, destitutes, widows and such figures who are living away from the mainstream of society. And it is Muslim's responsibility to strive for their welfare by all means. Prophet (PBH) stated: I and the one who protects orphans are this like in parse, prophet (PBH) said this by showing his point finger and central finger held separating a bit. (Bukhari) The example of the person who works for poor and destitutes as well as for widows is like a soldier who fights in the way of Allah and like the one who is engaged in prayer in the whole night without growing weary at all and like the one who observes fasting every day punctually (Bukhari, Muslim).
