A little Muslim Boy

Early in the morning when I wake up I say my dua' for waking up.

Al hamdu lillahilladee ahyana ba'da ma amathana wa ilaihin nushur.

I brush my teeth, have my bath and do my fajr prayer.

I go to the kitchen and eat my breakfast.

I wash my hands and say my supplication before eating.

I eat all my food in my bowl.

After I finish eating, I say my supplication.

I wash my hands and clear the table.

I then go and help my mother to sweep the staircase.

Sometimes I bring the vacuum, fix it and plug it in for my mother. I also put clothes in the washing machine. When they are washed I hang them up to dry. I do my home schooling. My mum reads books to me and asks to do narration.

Then I go on the computer and learn how to read. I listen to my mum on the computer and look at the book and learn to read. Then I play with blocks to make a structure.
While I am playing I am listening to my mums recording on the computer. I listen to stories, verses from the Qur'an. I Learn English, Arabic and Malayalam.

At 12.30 my brother gives the Adhan and we do the Dhuhr prayer.

I have my lunch and then I go to the Madrasa at 2 o'clock with my brother. I learn Islam, Akhlaq, Seerah, Qur'an at the Madrasa. When I arrive at the Madrasah I have to say my supplication for learning.  Then our Usthad (the teacher) asks us to read from Al Fathiha to Surah 106 Quraish.

I perform my 'Asr prayer with congregation. I come home at 5 o'clock. I play in the garden with my brother and go bicycling near my home with my brother.

I come home and take my bath and get ready for Maghrib prayer. My brother the little Junaid gives the Adhan. We all replied him. I have my dinner and then my mother reads to us stories in English, Arabic, Malayalam. I tell my mother my own story. My brother also tells a story.

We Perform our isha prayer. My father comes up to hug us. We say our supplication and go to sleep.
