Prophet (Pease and Blessing of Allah be upon him) said: you are wanted to be aware of the family series to extend of assisting for maintaining kinship. Whereas maintaining kinship among relatives help for affection, flourishing prosperity and to be memorized for a long time (Turmudi).
Prophet (PBH) once said: while we giving alms to a poor, it is a charity.  If it is given to a kin, it will be both charity and a part of maintaining family relation (Ahmed).
These two hadiths represent a great number of Hadiths describing the purity of family and relevance of family maintenance.  Another time Prophet (PBH) said: one who breaks the family relation is not belonging to us.  Family is the important basic beginning in cultural formation.  Prophet (PBH) taught: The nature of pedagogy in a family, mutual connections, responsibilities, home and connection with other families including in same kinship.  Children-their rights and duties, parents-their rights and duties, nature of husband-wife relation, mutual civilities to be protected between them… every thing has been explained widely in Hadiths.
Prophet (PBH) encouraged marriage ‘o youth… marry all those who are able among you’.  Certainly it control eyes and maintain sexual purity (Bukhari, Muslim).  Anas, (May Allah please with him), says: Prophet (PBH) ordered us to marry, and strictly obstructed us from performing celibacy (Ahmed). 
If any one-you have satisfied with his conduct and religiousness come to you with a proposal, give them married. Otherwise, troubles and pervasive destruction will be occurred in the earth (Thirmudi, Ahmed).
Islam preaches to lead a best life, maintain family and to love and save the couples each other.  A hadith says that the food which put a husband in the mouth of his wife is a virtuous charity.  Prophet (PBH) narrated a family life with enough rejoice, pleasing, amusing and delight.  In several Hadiths, we see scenes of harmony and deep connection between prophet (PBH) and his wives, stories of their amusing and pledging plays.  Sexual enjoyment and its promptness are also referred in Hadith. 
A Muslim male should not hate a Muslim female.  If one of her conducts is bad, another will be satisfactory (Muslim).  It is the right of a wife to get good food and garments from her husband’s part.  So you provide it (Thirmudi).
Any wife who dies by which her husband is so satisfied with her, surely she will enter the paradise (Thirmudi).  The best one of you is one who behaves with his wife in a very good manner (Thirmudi).  If any one of you engage in sexual intercourse with his wife shouldn’t be as birds perform it slowly and patiently.  (Hadith)
Family governing is a joint responsibility of both husband and wife.  Hadith teaches that every husband and wife should be questioned about their family.  Prophet (PBH) told: every one of you is a ruler and you should be questioned in the case of those who governed by you.  Ameer is a ruler.  Every man is the ruler of his family members and every woman is the ruler of her husband’s house and that of her offsprings (Bukhari, Muslim).
Hadith teaches that divorce is the most hateful for Allah.  But in necessary circum stances, Islam preaches the detailed description about how it should be performed in these necessary situations. 
From the naming of child prophet (PBH) teaches every necessary procedures which should be maintained in every stages of his growth. Prophet (PBH) also taught that offspring who performs good deeds is the best wealth to get a person and he said: every child born in good nature and his parents transform him into Christianity or Jewish or Magian.  Soon after his birth, let him hear divine name, taste him sweet.  Put him meaningful and good name. Perform sacrifice ‘Aqeeqa’ for the sake of child. Do circumcision of boy child. Teach and train him religious customs and practices since his 7th age.  Love him and expresses love towards him.  Practice him shooting and swimming… likewise, Islam has directed entire things vividly and widely related with the breeding of children. Prophet (PBH) gives directions by perfectly considering child psychology. There are several beautiful pictures as instances for the inter-relations between the Prophet and children. 
Islam draws the policy line about the approach to be kept towards parents.  Prophet (PBH) said: Paradise lies beneath the foot of mother.  In another time he said: the gratification of Almighty depends upon that of parents and anger of Allah will be upon those who are in anger of his parents (Thirmudi) and Prophet (PBH) taught every person mostly obliged with his parents than any one else and serving them is better than any other good deeds as we see in Hadith. 
In prophetic sayings, we get a family atmosphere in which good husband-wife relation, better children parents having awareness of responsibilities, offsprings who serve and care their parents, mutually loving brothers… everything will be there.
